Hi any one fished the lido in the lasted few weeks and if so any good ????

hi its hasnt bin fished cuz of the ice lately

last time i fished it was in nov and had 3 fish 18 common 20.3 common and 22..2 mirror and my mate had 2 carp a 8 and 24.7 i think thats the last lot of carp to come out

Cool thanks for the in put. Any tips on fishing it wood be a great help. A lot of fishermen say it’s a hard water to fish

its only hard if you dont put the time in look for the fish befor you start fishing you will find them
if you cant find the fish try and find the hard spots or use a pop up and a very light lead so you say out the weed
surface fishing is good in the summer aswell

Thanks for that m8 I will give it a go. Have you ever fished Georges Lake. I fish it 2 weeks ago and got nothing from 5am to 6pm not one fish or bite all day

Georges Lake i ave fished it not much tho had a few fish outta it nothin really any good theres alot of small fish in there which nail ur bait so by the time any thing big comes along ur usin single hook baits

I saw this video online and it reminded me of the lido have fished it simulary in the summer myself the timmed carp on the surface feeding in the weed crystal clear water the easly spooked carp , click the link to watch my favorate angler chris yates on this video were he has out some very nice carp off the surface up to 20lb mirror loads of good advice around 60min long enjoy!
